Rally for Apple Watch · Updated 25 October 2026

Rally does not require a developer account, contain advertising or include a third-party analytics SDK. Match history is stored on your watch and can sync through your personal iCloud account. There is no developer-operated match database.

Who provides Rally

Rally is provided by Maksym Grigorash under the KiberMaks name. This policy covers the Rally Apple Watch app and its product and support website.

Match records and iCloud

Rally stores scores, match dates and duration, partner names you enter, point reasons you choose and derived match statistics. These records are saved locally. Rally can synchronize match history using Apple's iCloud key-value storage associated with your Apple Account. Apple operates that service under its own privacy terms. Rally does not transmit your match records to a developer-run server.

Health and workout recording

If you enable workout recording and grant permission, Rally uses HealthKit to record a tennis workout. It requests access to workout, heart-rate and active-energy information to support that feature. Apple Health manages health data and permissions. Rally does not use Health data for advertising, sell it, or send it to a developer-operated service.

Motion and calibration

Optional motion features process watch accelerometer and gyroscope readings to estimate swings and activity. Match records may contain derived motion estimates and can be included in iCloud history. Calibration recordings are stored locally. Motion estimates are experimental, not medical or validated technique assessments.

Match location

When remembering match location is enabled and you grant location permission, Rally requests a location near the start of the match. Coordinates and, when available, a place name are saved with the record. Apple's geocoding service may process the location to return the place name. Saved location can be included in iCloud history and in any record you choose to share. Disable the setting or location permission if you do not want new locations recorded.

Speech, Siri and music

Rally speaks scores using recorded audio and Apple's speech services. Optional Siri/App Intent commands use Apple's platform and permissions. Rally has no developer-operated microphone upload or voice-recording service. Apple may process Siri requests under its own terms. Music controls act on the watch's playback; Rally does not send your listening history to the developer.

Purchases

In the App Store release, Apple processes the free trial and lifetime purchase. Rally uses verified StoreKit transactions to check access and restore purchases. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple provides purchase information and reporting through its services under Apple's terms.

Sharing and support

Sharing a match or a diagnostic file is your choice. Information you share goes to the person or service you select, under that service's terms. If you contact support, the content you send is used to investigate and answer your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or health data that is not necessary for the issue.

Diagnostics

Rally may keep local diagnostic information, including audio recovery events, for troubleshooting. It does not include an automatic developer analytics upload. Apple can separately process and share platform diagnostics according to your device's analytics settings and Apple's policies.

This website

The website does not set advertising cookies, include analytics scripts, request Health or location access, or accept payment. Hosting and network providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, may process technical connection data such as IP address, request path and browser information to serve and protect the website. Their service policies apply to that processing.

Your choices and retention

You can disable optional workout, motion and location features. Revoke permissions in Apple Watch or Health settings. Local records remain until removed or the app's data is erased; removing the app is not a guarantee that existing iCloud data or Health workouts are also deleted. Manage iCloud app data and Health records separately through Apple's settings. Copies you exported or shared remain with their recipients. Contact support with questions about data you sent directly to the developer; the developer cannot retrieve or erase your personal iCloud or Apple Health data for you.

Children and changes

Rally is a general-audience sports utility, not an app designed specifically for children. Apple applies regional age ratings and purchase controls. If this policy changes, this page will be updated. Questions about this policy can be raised through Rally support.

Apple's services have their own privacy policies. For App Store purchases, Apple's standard license agreement applies unless stated otherwise.
