A hand between points

Rally support.

Help with tennis scoring on Apple Watch. Rally's App Store release is currently in preparation.

How do I correct a scoring mistake?

Swipe right to undo the latest action. Shortly after adding a point, swipe up to change who won that point. Use the match menu for additional score controls. Check the updated score before continuing.

Why can I not hear the score?

Check Spoken Score in Rally settings and the watch's media volume. If you use Bluetooth, check which audio device is connected. Rally's music setting can lower or pause music while the score plays. Open Rally again and request the score to retry the audio route.

Can the same workout cover more than one match?

Yes. Use the match menu to save and start a new match, or reset the current score and start again. Those actions keep an ongoing workout recording. Saving and ending the session is a separate action.

Where is my match history?

Open History from Rally's start screen. Records are stored on the watch and can sync through your iCloud account. Check that saved matches are visible before erasing or replacing a watch. Cloud sync is not a substitute for checking that the data you need has been restored.

How does the free trial work?

For the planned App Store release, start the free 30-day trial in Rally's access screen. The trial starts with its original Apple purchase, not each installation. After 30 days, starting a new match requires the one-time lifetime unlock. There is no subscription or automatic charge. History remains accessible.

How do I restore lifetime access?

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Settings, then Rally access and Restore purchases. Make sure the watch has an internet connection. Purchase approval, payment and refunds are handled by Apple.

Are motion statistics exact measurements?

No. Motion analysis and stroke classification are experimental estimates. They can miss swings or classify other wrist movements as swings. They are not measurements of the opponent's strokes, validated technique assessments, medical advice or a replacement for a coach.

When reporting an issue

Include the watch model, watchOS version, Rally version, what you expected and what happened. For audio issues, mention whether music was playing and whether you were using Bluetooth.

Do not publish health records, exact match locations, payment details, Apple passwords or verification codes. Only share a diagnostic file if you choose to and understand what it contains.
